My show at Mulberry Art Studio's for the month of March 2015 was successful thanks to April and her terrific staff at Mulberry Art Studio's, they were terrific even going to the length of having a second opening on a Sunday afternoon because of the nine inches of a snowstorm and frigid temps the day before First Friday!
Thanks to all who came out to see my show!
Come on out to the Art League of Ocean City Maryland to see more at my show there in April!

I am amazed and humbled by the response I have gotten from my website, facebook page and this blog, and I thank everyone who takes the time to browse thru my work and thoughts as I am new to posting blogs and trying to catch up on the internet and I am truly trying to let everyone in on my thoughts behind my work. Which is hard at times because I am not a artist with a radical message behind each piece I am just a artist who knows when a scene unfolds in her mind that must come out in a painting so that everyone can maybe see a bit of whats going on inside, even when I dont know what the title is myself. And I am grateful for all of you who want to come back for the first or the hundredth time to view it. Thank you, Teri (More)

Wow, its true, time really does go by in a blink of an eye! It is almost the end of summer, and we are about to be grandparents for the third time. Amazing that we can say we are grandparents still, much less a third time. We are going to be blessed with yet another grandson, which my husband is thrilled about another dose of testosterone coming into our family after three daughters. What does this mean to my art, you say? It actually has taught me to utilize my painting time more effiiciently, when they sleep, I paint. It has taught me to slow down and appreciate the view of the world from a lower viewpoint, (literally) and also from tiny eyes seeing things for the first time, with awe and too appreciate our ability to do basic functions to maintain a healthy body. What a great gift the "guys" really are, I can't wait to meet the third grandson:)
